- Exchange service is not supported.
RETURN & REFUND
- For return and refund, please notify the customer team through the official email (kuroclothing.online@gmail.com) within 3 days of parcel delivered. Any return and refund request will not be entertained after 3 days upon receiving parcel.
- Return and refund are granted if: (1) Received the wrong item (2) Received the correct item but in different variation (eg. colour).
- Returned item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered.
- Strictly no return and refund for sale items, shapewear, bralette, bra, bra top and undergarments.
- KURO CLOTHING reserve the right to reject any Items that are damaged, marked or altered are non-returnable & non-refundable. We will send them back to you upon the rejection of your request.
- The delivery costs for returning parcel will be borne by buyers. Please ensure returning parcel to be prepaid (paid by buyer prior to delivery). Otherwise, parcels will be rejected and returned to buyer's end.
- Shipping fees or voucher values are deducted from total refund amount once the return and refund request was approved.
- Return and refund can only be made one time per order number.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible for any delivery failure or lost parcel by courier services.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible for any delivery failure or lost parcel by oversea courier services.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible in communicating and assisting in any claim in the event of lost/ damaged parcel.
- All of the above return and refund policy is also applied for items purchased through preorder batch.
- For items purchased through preorder basis, shipping fees from both oversea and local charges are deducted from total refund amount once the return and refund request was approved.
KURO CLOTHING reserve the right not to allow the return of items or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
REFUND ONLY

- Refund are granted if: (1) Received item are damaged prior to delivery (2) Failure to deliver ready stocked items from seller within a week from the date of purchase
- Refund are not granted due to parcel lost or delivery failure by courier services.
- Refund can only be made one time per order number.
- Shipping fees or voucher values are deducted from total refund amount once the refund request was approved.
- KURO CLOTHING reserve the right to reject any refund service for items with minor defects such as loose thread.
- KURO CLOTHING reserve the right to reject any refund service for parcel that are damaged by courier services.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible for any delivery failure or lost parcel by courier services.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible for any delivery failure or lost parcel by oversea courier services.
- KURO CLOTHING will not be responsible in communicating and assisting in any claim in the event of lost/ damaged parcel.
- KURO CLOTHING reserve the right to determine the severity of damage of item prior to reject/ approve refund service.
- All of the above refund policy is also applied for items purchased through preorder batch.
- For items purchased through preorder basis, shipping fees from both oversea and local charges are deducted from total refund amount once the refund request was approved.
- For items purchased through preorder basis, refund request will not be granted for any sudden order cancellation within 4 weeks starting from the date of purchase.
- For items purchased through preorder basis, refund request will be dealt in case by case situation for any late arrival of parcel from oversea courier service.
